Lisa Nielsen, founder and CEO, has a background in strategy and project management from Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy and Wind Estate in Denmark, Germany and South Africa. She sits on the board of Momentum, an NGO in Kenya, where she was also stationed when the project began in 2013. Lisa has a Master’s of Management from the University of Texas.
Frederick Fiifi Owusu, co-owner and CFO, has more than 15 years of experience in finance working with Nestle, Unilever, Electrolux and Grundfos. Currently, he works as Senior Commercial Entrepreneur for Grundfos. Frederick has a background within the start-up communities in Ghana and Europe where he helped grow Tonaton.com as the largest marketplace in Ghana. He has an MBA from University of Warwick.
Agnes Allotey, co-owner and Director, is the Managing Director of the management consulting company Stratosphere, which operates globally. Agnes comes from a background in McKinsey and Company and has an MBA from New York University.
