TeamThe Table Kampala is led by a small but agile team passionate about redefining youth culture and engagement in Uganda. At the helm is our Founder & CEO, who drives the overall vision and creative direction of the platform while also designing and delivering our signature events and youth experiences. Supporting day-to-day operations is our Executive Admin & Finance Lead, who manages scheduling, budgeting, internal systems, and administrative support to keep the organization running smoothly. Our Programs & Community Lead assists in building trusted relationships with schools, communities, and partners to ensure our work remains accessible, relevant, and high-impact. They also coordinate our growing network of teen ambassadors, bold, engaged young people who help bring our mission to life across schools, events, and digital platforms. These ambassadors co-create content, represent our brand, and shape the conversations that matter most to their generation.
