We are a healthy food outlet specialising in plant based food. We are also organic farmers that attempt to advocate and promote clean healthy sustainable food. We were birthed out of an NCD experience where a co-director reversed his NCD status through a change in lifestyle. And given our high rates of NCD in Fiji, we thought of combining all these into a Cafe that would promote clean organic plant-based food which would fuse traditional practises of the use of herbs for medicine, promote local superfoods such as the Ferndale Fern & Seaweed, as well the use of alternative traditional sweetners. Our operation consist of women and youths who lead the charge in attempting to lower the status of NCDs in Fiji while promoting sustainable farming practises that will lessen the impact of climate change.
