Team
We are a team of three youths on management side that is two ladies and a gentleman. One lady works on managing the general work including finance while I work on partnership as well as extension services. The gentleman works as head of farm operations which have a total of 2 people. There main duty is to plough, weed out, clear the farm, harvesting, transporting the produce to customers among other duties.
Since I’m a professional in agronomist I handle extension services to provide full expertise in the sector.
