The Medical Concierge Group (TMCG), through its consumer brand name, Rocket Health (RH), delivers Telemedicine and last mile health services in East Africa. This is initiated with chat/voice/video call consultation with RH medical doctors available 24/7. For lab testing, samples are picked up from wherever the client is, results shared electronically and Pharmacy prescriptions delivered to the client. Encounters requiring physical examination are scheduled for appointment at the clinic. The services are covered under insurance, subscriptions or paid out-of-pocket.
This has transformed the patient experience by increasing convenience, affordability and quality of care; the payer experience by improving customer satisfaction, claims reimbursement savings and fraud reduction.
