TMCG is Ugandan telemedicine company with operations in Uganda, Kenya & Nigeria. TMCG was founded by medical doctors and a pharmacist and has been delivering telemedicine and digital health solutions since 2012. The founding partners remain the largest shareholders in the company and limited external capital has been raised to date. The firm has been able to grow revenue organically at a healthy pace while remaining close to EBITDA neutral to date but the management has decided to raise up to $5M to significantly grow revenues with insurance providers in its key markets.

TMCG is a dual impact investment opportunity, as it delivers improved health outcomes. However TMCG is a for-profit company with a highly driven and entrepreneurial management team which is headed by Dr. Davis Musinguzi. Dr. Davis was previously a Health Systems Specialist for UNICEF in his native Uganda where he coordinated the government’s eHealth program.
