Hydra8 is building decentralized climate-resilient urban water infrastructure to improve reliable access to safe water across rapidly growing African cities. In Lagos, fewer than 10% of households receive piped municipal water, forcing millions of families, estates, schools, hospitals, and small businesses to depend on fragmented tanker supply systems that are unreliable, expensive, and frequently disrupted during seasonal flooding. These infrastructure gaps worsen public health risks and reduce productivity across vulnerable communities. Hydra8 began by operating last-mile water delivery logistics and now supplies over 2 million liters of clean water monthly to more than 100 paying customers across Lagos. Through this on-the-ground experience, we identified that the real constraint is not water availability but the absence of localized neighborhood-scale supply infrastructure. Hydra8 is transitioning into deploying modular water hubs combining borehole sourcing, storage rese Sectors Community water systems, Water storage, Water utilities Location Lagos, Nigeria Stage Sign in to view details Markets Sign in to view details Customer model Sign in to view details Revenue Sign in to view details Contact Sign in to view details Social media
