The Firm Factory BV Creating renewable energy ventures

This project entails the creation Joint Venture in which our Dutch company will cooperate with South African partners for setting up an alternative renewable energy utility. The company will provide Solar PV installations to house holds and companies whereby the utility remains owner of the installations and the client will sign a Power Purchase Agreement in return. The South African electricity market is under heavy constraints with a drastic price increase and regular power shut downs as a result. By providing these installations the off takers will no longer depend on on-grid power supply and have their own installations to provide electricity at a much cheaper rate. They will not undergo the burdens of investing in solar PV installations themselves and they will contribute to a cleaner environment. The company is looking for both equity funders (for starting up the company 500K USD) and debt funders (for the financing of the installations).
