Our goal for participating to this Gogettaz Prize 2020 is firstly to contribute to fight against malnutrition and hunger in Sub Saharan Africa.
Secondly to resolve the problem of food intoxication resulting from the consumption of floors processed in inappropriate conditions without required hygiene stantards .
To achieve these goals, our idea is to install a modern maize mill line to produce high quality and healthy maize and cassava floor. The floor will be rich in essential nutrients such as Vitammin A, Vitamin E, Zinc, Iodine, and Iron as we will be using biofortified varieties.
We hope that this project will make a positive impact on the health and well being of African people.
Innovation: This project will strengthen the current regional industrial structure and enable the establishment of a high-quality, reliable, sustainable and resilient infrastructure. It will therefore promote economic development and the well-being of the beneficiary populations.
