1. Emanuel Kasembe- Chief Executive Officer. He is the founder and CEO of the company, he has been involved in agriculture since 2015 when he worked as an Agriculture officer and then program officer in a community-funded development project and later he co foundered a company
2. Benezeth Katonkola- Genaral Manager. A capable, results orientated general manager with experience in agriculture and leading high-performance teams and successfully increasing efficiency and productivity whilst reducing costs and inefficiencies. he has experience working with farmers since 2016 when he works as an Agronomist representing Syngenta company
3. Diamond Sadan- he is a finance Manager of TATESA company. he was previsiouly worked as outreach programmer at Kikwe village where he worked with farmers. In 2015 he joined Syngenta Tanzania Limited as a Field expert and sales agronomist and he worked for four years.
