Street Waste Company Limited is a social enterprise with the goal of combating indiscriminate disposal of waste as well as proffering solution to providing high quality recycled materials for manufacturers and off takers. We have a vision to creating a sustainable environment and mitigating climate change through waste recycling.
We run a ‘Waste for Income’ model which is a community collection approach that targets post consumers to exchange their recyclables for incentive. This model helps reduce indiscriminate disposal of waste and as well provides high quality recycled materials for manufacturers.
We operate from a community based recycling program that enables communities to sort and recycle their waste by creating an alternative source of income from their everyday waste. Waste materials from registered households are compiled using in-house mobile application for data management.
We generate revenue from the sales of clean, sorted and baled recyclables to manufacturers.
