I am Nompumelelo a director of woman owned company called Sotobe manufacturing which is based in Richards bay, KZN. This business has operated for 3 years in doing aluminium and steel fabrication where we make aluminium doors, windows, gates, garage, ect. Our customers are households within our district, local municipalities, companies, schools and hospitals.

I ‘ve the incubation program called DACT, they assisted me with the registration of the company and also gaves use the access of using their workshop to perfom our work.

Our competitors are other incubation members and Shalz aluminum those are also working with aluminium, the compatition is high but we also make sure that we do better than them by ensuring customers needs and build a good relationship with them, we allowed them to choose the design they want and it, we offer them a fair pricing with free installation.

The problem we are facing is not having a company car, that affects our business by being delayed to de
