SmartFarmer Empowering people

SmartFarmer is an agricultural service that addresses the problems of limited Agricultural financing, lack of technology in agricultural activities, and lack of training in farming. We do this by providing financing to farmers through crowd funding: pulling financial resources from individuals with the capacity to provide financing. The financial resources pulled from individuals, using our digital platform, are then used to sponsor smallholder farmers to enable them operate efficiently and effectively; as the providers of the resources (sponsors) also benefit by getting interest on their funds. Training programs are done for both sponsors and farmers with smallholder Farmers being taught new and improved ways of farming and value addition to their products, record keeping, digital farm monitoring, farm management etc. SmartFarmer also secures direct market for farmers with our target beneficiaries as smallholder farmers in the poultry, oil palm, maize and vegetables value chains
