Smart Foods Uganda Limited is a profit making startup Agro processing company. The company operates under the Food Technology Business Incubation Centre, Makerere University, Kampala has focused on the development and commercialization of new soymilk based products for the domestic and regional markets.

Smart Foods Limited (SFL) is currently at the market entry stage for the whole new range Soy Yoghurt products that it has developed for the East African market. SFL has developed a special Soy based yoghurt as one of the expansion projects for the innovative efforts for the company that have involved the development and commercialisation of several innovative forms of Tofu and Soy based sausages in Uganda to which the company has received recognition awards for business and innovation excellence over the last 5 years.
