The project consists of the creation of a semi-industrial powder production unit used to make natural juices (agro-food sector). Our first product to launch is the ginger powder called Ginger Organic. Organic Ginger retains the physicochemical, nutritional and organoleptic characteristics of ginger. The powder is placed in recyclable packaging of 100g and 250g. This transformation will contribute to an increase in the life of this vegetable, to mitigate the deterioration in production surpluses, to create many jobs and, consequently, to significantly improve producers’ incomes.
