We are fortunate to have an agri-food distribution company named ” Senegal Téranga Distribution SARL “. For the development needs of the company, we did a market study and we noticed that tons of potatoes were rotting in our fields every year due to the sale and yet the frozen french fries are extremely requested.
With these exponential demands we received, we tried to understand why they were difficult to satisfy first and then by our competitors. Clearly, then, we became clear. It is difficult to satisfy this demand because in Senegal there are no companies producing frozen French fries.
