Ribeth Scale Up conduit for leading women out of poverty via agro-processing

Our food production business addresses four different problems. First is malnutrition, specifically vitamin A deficiency which is widespread through west Africa leading to grim statistics among pregnant women and children. We are solving this by making available for sale to the general populace a well balanced and fortified food product. Second problem is the issue of perennial post harvest losses, bane of most Africa farmers. Third is Rural poverty which can realistically be achieved by providing access to ready markets for rural women. the fourth problem is gender Inequality. Our company’s HR policy requires that 90% (target) of all positions to be reserved for women.
