RFR Turning Agricultural wastes into Cellulose derivatives

RFR is using Sugarcane Bagasse to produce Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC), Our MCC produced from Bagasse pulp is tested and approved from the Egyptian Drug Authority according to the US Pharmacopeia.
Egypt had imported in 2021 over 4700 Tons valued USD 11.8 million of Microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) mainly from China and India.
MCC is mainly used as a binder for pharmaceutical tablets.
These quantities Locally in Egypt we have more than 150 pharmaceutical factories and more than 700 cosmetic companies and increasing as the government are encouraging investing in the pharmaceutical sector and offering facilities for investors.
This sector mainly depend on MCC imported from china and India, as a result of international conflicts these companies are effected by increase in price and delivery time of raw materials.
RFR offers an alternative local cheaper 40% and available locally with no logistics over cost or need of foreign currency.
