Rework Academy Developing highly skilled tech talents

Rework Academy is building a tech institute to help reduce youth unemployment which stands at over 40% in Nigeria and 60% across Africa, meanwhile the tech industry is having massive skill shortage issues, using practical and project based learning and one-on-one mentoring, we are building world class tech talents to fill the skill shortage in the industry, thereby creating more employment. We use the monthly subscription model for our revenue model. The institute is currently running with graduates with 90% placement success. We are currently running onsite classroom based training and have recently introduced remote training and have seen interest from Africa, Asia, Europe, and America. We are now working on our online platform for self based learning.
