Remote Doctors for All (RD4A) has developed a customer centric healthcare ecosystem that encompasses the following
– A secure sign-on identity authentication system
– A standards compliant document management system that is at the heart of all patient interactions
– A secure communications platform that supports Voice, Video and Messaging for multiple parties
– The ability to integrate live medical device telemetry information for improved diagnostics
The platform has been built on standards based software so that information and records can be securely exchanged between providers as needs arise (with the customer permission)
It is primarily aimed with Community Healthcare Workers in mind, with AI functionality built into the back end so that more detailed diagnostics can be delivered closer to the point of care, thus enabling the 2nd and 3rd line healthcare workers being freed up for more urgent cases.
