Recycled Pencils & Pens International Limited (RPP), formerly known as Eco-Pencils International Ltd., is a Kenyan-owned company that produces high-quality eco-friendly pencils and pens using waste newsprint and magazines. The company’s founder has over 17 years’ experience in the manufacturing of eco-friendly pencils and has previously been recognized as a pioneer eco-friendly pencil manufacturer in various media outlets. Our goal is to reduce tree harvesting, promote environmental conservation, create employment, and contribute to achieving the 30% tree cover target of 2032. We recognize that the impact of climate change is felt across all households, and as such, our company strives to provide a safety net and promote climate resilience in the community by sharing knowledge on recycling and reusing materials. We are committed to reducing Kenya’s carbon footprint by engaging in environmentally friendly processes during production.
