Reafric Social Enterprise.

Reafric is a social enterprise that cuts across several issues in areas including environment, education, gender, youth and talent empowerment. Our environmental target is to utilize fifty per cent of waste materials to produce quality and durable shoes as we distribute what we don’t use to other recycling companies. Reafric produces Eco-friendly, fashionable, customized recycled footwear for both global and local markets. Shoes are made from recycled tires, Kitenge cloth from tailors and recycled leather, suede, jeans from carpenters all designed, handcrafted and sewn by local Kiberan artisans. We produce our products using fair labour practices with the goal of creating sustainable incomes to skilled artisans and investing in educating bright needy students and nurturing the talents in schools as we promote the behavior change campaign within the slum communities that had been highly affected.
