My name is Agu Makuachukwu Andrew from Enugu State, Nigeria, residing in Imo State Nigeria. The name of my company is Raphana agro farms which was established on January 6th 2020 with four hundred birds which we grew our capacity to one thousand two hundred and fifty and our workers increased from three staff to five. Our organization is ,made up of The manager, accountant, marketer, poultry attendance and security. Raphana agro farms deals with brooding, rearing of birds till maturity stage, processing, supply and also into crop farming. My targets market are: hotels, fast-food, wholesalers and retailers. Due to the increase in the demand of our products to meet up with our customers request, we are yet to purchase gas brooder that will replace our local charcoal pot brooding together with defeatherers machine that removes the birds feathers within a split of seconds inorder to process the birds speedily. Finally we created employment to some people are still as we progres
