1. Responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating all farm activities throughout the various departments, On behalf of the organization.
2. Oversees the work of other section managers, particularly when it comes to preparing fresh products for delivery.
3. Across all sections, provides advise on the management of the Aquaponic system, the chicken farm and the egg hatchery activities.
4. In charge of conducting risk assessments.
5. Keeps track of personnel as well as other farm activities.
6. Ensures that agricultural objectives are met, the most efficient resources (manpower, equipment, tools, and chemicals, for example) are used, and all stakeholders’ needs are met.
