The Esbelta Six Sigma Llorts Project, called PROLESS, is the result of professional experience in administration, technique and operation to the tire environment incorporated with the ISO 13053 1-2: the DMAIC methodology, techniques and tools focused on improving the strategic, operational processes and total support of the staff focused not only to increase the profitability and productivity of the transport of products and services but also to optimize the performance of rims in service, fuel and to decrease the stack of waste of tires out of service.
