Project Efiko A Community Digital Empowerment program for low-income schools

Due to the global pandemic, schools and other Educational institutions have been forced to shut down for over 6 months. This has created a major gap in the Education space that cannot be recovered from easily using Traditional methods but by leveraging the power of going Digital.
In a country like Nigeria where over 70% of Learners live in low income communities, without adequate skills and tools needed to transition to a Digital form of learning (which the global education community is already Adapting) – we are faced with a huge risk of displaced learners who could eventually drop out if a Sustainable Educational Solution is not achieved soon.
Project Efiko is founded on the Idea that the new challenge of learning does not stem from Learners but from lack of an adaptive Educational System that Empowers the Educators/Teachers.
Our solution is to empower the Educators with digital skills so that they in turn can inculcate those skills to the Learners in our underserved communities
