This program started in 2016 because of the lack and no activation of the School Boards of Social Participation in Sinaloa, the little involvement of parents in the educational process of their children. Through the training and integration of the members of the school boards, constituted by an average of 15 people per school, of which 90% are women between the ages of 25 and 45, with low economic resources and low level of schooling. We empower tutors to become involved in the educational process of childhood, through the development of skills that will enable them to implement a school improvement plan, involving all the actors in the school community, to improve the infrastructure, cohesion and school coexistence and to strengthen personal and social development through workshops on topics such as active citizenship, culture of forgiveness and reconciliation, administration and social entrepreneurship.
