We are an estate development company offering affordable housing to Zambians. We plan on providing housing to 1,486 people on a 540 hectare parcel of land located in the heart of the capital, Lusaka.

The business has potential because there is a huge housing gap in the country especially the capital. The project will rely on solar energy generated from equipment placed on roof tops of the houses and the backyards to encourage alternative energy. The excess energy will be sold to the utility company in the country.
The property owners will provide security to the equipment thereby reducing cases of theft and will in turn benefit to free electricity.
The area is capable of producing 150 mega watts of electricity and the main substation supplying the whole city is just within 2km from the identified parcel of land.
