Team
The core team consists of 8 people, 5 of which are considered key due to their expertise and significant contribution to the key project tasks. As soon as project will start more people are available and ready to work on project performance. The project manager (PM) is CEO A. Treijs, he will oversee all management tasks and contractual aspects of the project, including procurement management, scheduling, project control and’ risk management. PM is supported by Chief Operating Officers COO Kjeld Tage Pharao. COO is to lead the execution of strategies developed by the CEO. It’s simply a concession to the complexity and scope of the CEO, with its numerous external commitments.
Company already has senior expert sin the team, and the other necessary expertise will come from the Association FOTONIKA-LV, National Research Centre of the University of Latvia with which we work closely.
