Test N Grow” initiative seeks to use decentralized scientific labs which should be mobile or established at closed to District Agriculture offices or cluster of smallholder farmers with well-furnished scientific equipment to regularly conduct research on soil pH, soil chemistry, soil health, crop and livestock pests and diseases, water storage for irrigation and domestic consumption, chemical residues in crops, rivers and food produce, sewage, or general environmental and health issues. This initiative is not necessarily for profits generation organization but the farmers or general public who will patronage the services have to pay an amount from UDS$1 to UDS$100 for future maintenance of the equipment and the place and replacement of equipment. This project is designed to help alleviate farmers᾽ financial burdens
