Pé de Feijão is an impact business with the mission to transform people’s relationship with food. Our projects are designed for organizations and groups with the main goals of increasing awareness about food production and food’s impact on health and the environment, as well as supporting consumers to be more confident and informed to make more sustainable and healthier food choices. To date, we have implemented +70 projects that impacted +25,000 people directly and +43,000 indirectly. Our educational approach to food encompasses the planting of gardens, composting, nutrition, cooking and learning about food production and consumption in environmental, cultural, social and economic aspects. In a welcoming, fun, engaging and practical way, we enable behavior changes towards more sustainable diets. We are currently scaling the business and our impact through new digital services and the training of pollinators, so that by 2030 we can reach 1 million people impacted by our services.
