Papelle Stationery is a Creative Design, Personalization and Corporate Printing Technology Hub based in Mindelo, São Vicente, Cape Verde. Validated in the local market since 2022, the company is in a strategic expansion phase to absorb the growing B2B and B2C demand for promotional materials, large format signage, personalized textiles and high-margin gifts. The project focuses on introducing state-of-the-art industrial machinery (large format plotter and DTG press) to decentralize creative production on the island, reduce import costs and generate technical employment and digital training for young people in the city of Mindelo
