Tarwi is a legume grain that contains 50% protein, is gluten-free, and helps regulate blood sugar levels in diabetics. Due to the rusticity of its commercialization (in street stalls and without any health measures), the consumption and production of tarwi at the national level was gradually reduced. The company’s mission is to rescue and revalue the nutritional contribution of tarwi by offering the population healthy products made from this grain, complying with all the health and quality standards required by the regulations, in addition to diversifying the product offering with presentations and formats of according to market demands (athletes who require plant-based protein supplements, housewives, people on a diet, vegans and vegetarians, gluten intolerant and people looking for foods that help regulate their blood sugar naturally ).
