NUU is a food company based in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil that brings to mom’s the food she would’ve wanted to make at home.
We started out selling “pão de queijo”, Brazilian number 1 bakery, at national retail (i.e. Carrefour, Extra, Pão de Açucar, Zona Sul). In 2020 we’ve decided to expand our product line and build the first net zero factory for frozen foods in Brazil. We shifted the operations to address climate change and create positive impact to community, from soil to soil using brazilian amazing root: manioc.
Our portfolio is 100% gluten free: Cheese Bread, Tapioca Sticks, Tapioca Cheese Pizza.
