Raymond Apy, CEO, is an experience CEO, entrepreneur, strategist, leader, and developer of talent and business with over 30 years of experience in leadership, management, sales, and engineering. He’s spent the last 15 years in business management roles as CEO, president, managing partner, and manager roles. He received a Masters of Science from the State University of New York (SUNY-ESF) and Syracuse University.
Bryce Meeker, President, has over 18 years of experience in renewable energy development and management with ten years of experience in carbon (i.e., biochar) manufacturing. He started his career in investment banking, private equity and strategic consulting in Russia and Ukraine. He received a Masters of International Business from Tufts University, Fletcher School of
