Millions of South Africans spend 4–8 hours each on average waiting to get serviced at public health facilities (hospitals & clinics). This results in an estimate 3 Billion rand estimated annual productivity loss from due to lost wages, wasted trips, repeated visits — borne disproportionately by low-income citizens.

We’re building the deep tech infrastructure to reduce wait times by enabling citizens to book health facility appointments online, get reminders & be able to reschedule their appointments. We’re working to reduces walk-ins by up to 70%, leading to predictable foot traffic, better staff planning and improved citizen satisfaction.

NoQueue will be offered using a Business to Business to Government model where we’ll earn revenue through recurring software licensing fees. By working with existing government contractors NoQueue hopes to scale rapidly while optimising capital expenditure as we go to market.
