Navonetics is an engineering company building intelligent control systems for the evolving energy grid. We focus on the edge—the distribution layer of the power system—where complexity, real-time responsiveness, and resilience matter most. As the distribution layer becomes the focal point of grid modernization and renewable integration, we are concurrently developing progressive edge-processing hardware and control software that enable substations to think, decide, and act within milliseconds. These systems operate independently of central control, ensuring stability in the face of rapid, unpredictable changes from solar, wind, and responsive loads. Our work tackles the most pressing challenges in transmission and distribution: real-time power flow control, predictive failure prevention, and high-voltage system coordination across vast regions.
