The National Housing Stokvel Company (Pty) LTD, is a membership based, for benefit social enterprise that focus on affordable housing.
We use the stokvel methodology (savings club) to encourage people to “save” towards owning their own house. We pool the resources and invest the monies. We endeavour to give a “mortgage bond” at 0% interest to our members to acquire their homes. Currently we have not yet issued any “bonds”.
We also are planning several property developments aimed at increasing stock for affordable housing.
In the future we shall also offer the following services:
Insurance
Holiday clubs
Crowdfunding

The idea is to develop the NHSC to offer a broad range of services to the indigent market.
