In Africa, over 95% of the Movies and Series consumed are illegitimate Copies (i.e. Pirated), from which the Creators don’t Earn any Money. In Kenya, while this Content is Sold at about 25% the Price of legitimate Copies in Movie Shops, the Customers receive Poor Quality and a very limited Selection of Local Content – since the Shops are Afraid of being Arrested (so, 99% of Content is International).
