My figure 8 wellness and events is a company whose mission is to make exercising fun and entertaining for busy, urban dwellers.  We have created Fitfam exercise games cards,  which is a pack of 30 cards with simple yet effective exercises and the benefits of the exercises written on the cards. They can be used for individual workouts,  groil exercise sessions, as ice breakers in events and parties,  and for team building activities.
