In order to solve food nutrition and cost problems, the value chain must be challenged in the supply of food as well as the ordering process. The unit economics needs to change. mumm has been created to provide this missing link in an efficient manner at scale.

mumm is an online platform and a delivery service connecting between home-chefs and hungry customers replacing junk food with nutritious affordable food in a convenient manner. We are now starting with the $ 1Billion Egyptian Market and our target is to disrupt the different food markets in emerging economies in Africa and beyond. 

We raised from both A15 and 500 Startups in our seed round.

We have so far served more than 60,000 nutritious meals and empowered more than 150 ladies with jobs and created overall more than 200 jobs sustainably in 2 years.

80% of our monthly volume is created by repeat customers. We have been growing at a rate of 20% monthly for the past 2 years.
 We provide the food partners with all the training and capability building for Food and Beverage management, pricing strategy, unified packaging and we do the marketing for them. In addition to contracting an external hygiene auditor for monthly expectations to ensure hygiene excellence. Our Business is defensible and scalable. We take a 25% cut on transaction plus delivery fees. 

Our Cost of Acquisition is $ 3 and LTV is $ 15.
