As Africa population is projected to double to 2 billion people with growing needs by 2050 and with its fast internet users growth rate (39%) and the opportunity of continental free trade area, The African continent is set to become the second largest internet market after Asia. Mossosouk.com is a pioneer e-commerce startup in Chad which long-term purpose is to ease commerce in Africa using technology and become the largest e-commerce platform on the continent by 2050 like Alibaba in Asia and Amazon in the US and EU. Our starting country Chad has offered us a miniature of the African continent in terms of cultural, religious and climate diversity and in terms of business climate hardship, and that is why we strongly believe that if we can succeed at easing commerce in Chad using technology, we can then succeed everywhere in Africa. Today, we are helping more than 250 sellers in Chad to gain online visibility, make more sales and earn more revenues. Getting funding is our next step.
