Almost half of women leave their jobs by becoming mothers. Momlancers support women in their transition into the world of work after becoming mothers.
Our mission is to support women in their professional career and in the reconciliation of their personal and working lives. To achieve this, we offer reinsertion services for women who have paused their career for family reasons and job retention services for women who wish to grow in their professional career without compromising their personal life.
By giving women the opportunity to develop their skills and contribute to the labour market, there is a positive effect on the economy and society in general.
