Medsmart is an innovative electronic hospital designed to address the scarcity of specialists in Rwanda. My mission is to seamlessly connect primary healthcare with specialized medical services through a comprehensive platform. Using cutting-edge technology, Medsmar incorporates video, chat, and e-pharmacy functionalities to enhance the healthcare experience.

In my system, a nurse at the primary level gains access to the platform, enabling them to request appointments with specialized doctors. Once a doctor grants the service, a secure video link is generated and shared through a user-friendly chatbot within the system.
Furthermore, Medsmart boasts an autoconsultation feature, empowering patients to take charge of their health. This functionality allows individuals to conduct self-assessments and seek preliminary medical advice within. This streamlined process facilitates efficient communication and collaboration between healthcare professionals, ultimately improving patient care
