Maungo Craft makes Award-Winning, Unique, Low Sugar, Gourmet Jams, Marmalades & Chutney. We use the Indigenous fruits of Southern African such as Morula, then we pair them with contemporary flavors in order to create unique flavor profiles.
We use a fruit by-product that typically goes and turn it into a niche product. Our main aim is to scale so that we can play a role in diversifying Botswana’s economy & create jobs.
With 10 Awards to our name here are a few of our Notable Achievements:
-Agri-Products Manufacturer of the year 2017: Botswana
-Winners of the Food Processing Sector: Youth Business Expo: Botswana 2017/2018(3rd place)
-The World Marmalade Awards (Commonwealth Category) – Both our Marmamales received a Gold: 2018
-Shortlisted by Speciality Food Magazine in the United Kingdom for the New Producer Awards: 2018
