Malaica Making the pregnancy journey convenient and safe for millions

Pregnancy related mortality is 100 times higher in Sub-Saharan Africa than it is in Europe. Malaica has developed a program which addresses this: Remote midwives support pregnant women throughout the pregnancy journey and make sure that they get best practice care according to WHO recommendations. The program is running successfully in Nairobi. As the program is fully digital and on the way to become financially sustainable, it is possible to scale it massively over the coming years.
