Mahatsara For a fruity health year round

Mahatsara is innovative because we aim to offer a production-based equipment financing to smallholder farmers in Madagascar. We provide them a solar dryer with no payment required during the aquisition. Later on, we deduct the price of the dryer from the dried fruits and vegetables they are selling to the company. We encourage them to reduce their post-harvest loss by providing them a way to store their product and a market to sell it.
