Lynn Pfumvuti is a graduate of Midlands State University holding a BSc Honour degree in Food Science and Nutrition. Currently in her last year of the master’s program in Food and Nutrition at the Durban University of Technology. She also a certificate in Project Management obtained at MANCOSA. She is registered with SAAFoST as well as waiting for registration confirmation with SACNASP. Lynn has three years’ experience in the Food industry and will serve as the Managing director overseeing all the operations of the mobile kitchen.
