Junior Agripreneur is a program developed and designed to teach students in both Primary and Secondary Schools life skills through Agricultural and Entrepreneurial knowledge using data driven techniques such as coding in AgTech, drones in Agriculture, Smart Irrigation Scheduling. We intend to cultivate a mindset of agriculture entrepreneurship along its value chain opportunities so that the youths will find it innovative and important to be part of healthy food production using any profession of choice be it Accounting, Law, Journalism, Engineering, Marketing, Medical practitioners among many others. All these professions fit perfectly in the Value Chain and can create new employment opportunities pioneered and fueled by practical knowledge from Junior Agripreneur. For example, a pharmacist can venture into medicinal mushroom and other herbs.
