Lumeyo Reviving weaving heritage and empowering women

Bedouin women in rural areas of Jordan have little to no opportunity to be economically active and help support their families. By providing materials, designs, process improvements, marketing and branding we revive their weaving craft and are able to tap into a global market for authentic and quality handicrafts. We reach out to women in different communities in Jordan and engage as many women as demand allows. We are an enterprise with social impact, changing lives and reviving heritage.

We recycle 2nd hand sweaters to produce woven bags, mats, rugs and pillow cases.
